Paid licences and quota top-ups for MyQRCert are digital services that take effect as soon as they are activated on your account.
If a paid feature does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, contact us and we will refund the unused portion of your payment. Quota that has already been used (certificates generated or emails sent) is not refundable.
